The weather didn’t help very much, but there were several exhibitions that were closed or under construction. They have a big variety of reptiles super cool! We really enjoy our time at the zoo. Full review by titarica

We like visiting all of the zoo’s when we travel! Norfolk zoo is very clean and walker-friendly! Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and informative! Great displays and viewing areas. Full review by Tour68503961185

Spending the day here in the middle of the nature is just so relaxing and interesting. Mother Nature is so pretty and you can feel ALL OF IT here. So beautiful. If I was a local I would hang out here… Full review by lovtotrav
Would you recommend this zoo as an outing for a one year old? I want to take my daughter somewhere special for her birthday and she loves animals. However, some people have told me that the animals may be hard for her to see in their exhibits. My other idea was an aquarium where the fish are easier to see behind the glass. Thoughts? Ideas?

Hello, if it's too hot or humid outside, I would recommend the Aquarium. Both are nice and great for children.
